WHERE DO I PAY MY RENT?

Rents must be paid via check or money order. No cash may be accepted.

You may hand deliver or mail the checks/money orders to the office at 1425 Brentwood Street, Suite 6, Lakewood, CO 80214. (Please note that mailed rents must be received or postmarked by their due date in order to avoid late fees.) If you personally deliver the check/money order, please note that the office building is only open Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, not including holidays.

Different online payment options exist for each of the properties. Please ask management how you can pay your rent online if you are interested in this option.
HOW DO I SUBMIT A MAINTENANCE REQUEST?

Please use the contact page on this website to send a maintenance request. Phones calls and texts are also okay, however please only use these options during normal business hours or for an emergency.
WHAT IF I'M LOCKED OUT OR MISSING MY KEY?

You may contact management if you need to get into your apartment or if you need another set of keys. There will be a $25 charge for each missing key that needs to be replaced. There will be a $75 fee for each occurrence of tenant needing to have the door opened. (Management may or may not be immediately available to let you into your property.)
